Ukraine's Reconstruction in The Bulwark

 

Ralph Clem and I published a piece related to our research on post-war reconstruction of Ukraine in The Bulwark. We argue that aid to Ukraine is an investment in US national security. In addition to providing military supplies to help in the war effort, the US and Europe should support the rebuilding of Ukraine's civilian infrastructure.
