Washington Post/Monkey Cage Article about the Baltic States

As part of our CESCI Project, funded by the Minerva Research Initiative, Ralph Clem and I worked with Kantar Emor in Estonia to field an online survey in all three Baltic countries. We asked respondents about a range of issues, including their attitudes about threats that their countries face. Our post on the Washington Post/Monkey Cage discusses some findings about threat perceptions and actions respondents might take if their countries were attacked.
