Health Diplomacy in the Fletcher Security Review
The CESCI research team published an article in the Fletcher Security Review presenting findings from our Perceptions and Attitudes about COVID-19 in Eurasia (PACE I and PACE II) surveys. In this article, we focus on public evaluations of external support during the crisis and the implications for health diplomacy efforts. The United States, EU, Russia, and China (among others) have been involved in relief efforts; our evidence suggests that at least some of these efforts resonate among recipient populations.
